To cure the utensils, wash all the parts in 2 liters of water mixed with vinegar and dishwasher to remove any impurities. Wash the utensil after each use with a soft sponge. Rinse and dry. Cook over medium or low heat to preserve the nutritional properties of food. Do not add salt directly to the piece, it is recommended to add it dissolved when the liquid begins to boil. This will prevent the formation of stains generated by mineral salts. For longer duration, avoid sudden changes in temperature (Do not store pots with food in the refrigerator). Use the burner that fits the diameter of the base of the piece.
